Greetings from NAPEF!
Through contributions, special events, and research projects, the NAPEF provides all the extras that help provide parliamentary education, materials, and youth programs to engage people of all ages in parliamentary procedure to achieve orderly, democratic decision making.
The annual meeting of the NAPEF Board of Trustees will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Denver, Colorado during the NAP Training Conference from 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. You are all invited to attend and hear about NAPEF accomplishments, goals, and plan.

1. Assist in implementing the NAP body of knowledge by:
a. Providing funds for developing achievement programs in the member and leader bodies of knowledge.
b. Providing funds for programs that develop a cadre of teachers for online and classroom learning experiences leading to educational achievement.
c. Supporting an educational workshop on leadership training for unit leaders.
2. Promote engagement of younger generations (X, Y, Z) in learning parliamentary procedure by
a. Providing a scholarship for Generation X.
b. Providing support of internship program.
c. Providing funds for youth development programs.
3. Develop foundation support by engaging communications with supporters by
a. Providing monthly or quarterly reports to units and associations about the Foundation and its services—explain the purpose of the Foundation.
b. Producing attractive annual report.
c. Developing Foundation electronic newsletter to be generated every two months to unit/association leaders.
d. Exploring EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for regular contributions to promote contributing to the Foundation regularly.
e. Educating board and committee members and NAP leaders about what the Foundation does.
f. Sending out anniversary reminders of continued giving.
